Talk it through, and your trip builds itself beside you: days, budget, what to book. Then turn it into a presentation that gets a yes.

Triply's story
I am Zamaar Zia, the founder of Webly (Triply's parent company), and I am 12 years old. Triply is an unofficial business I made during the Imperial EDGE AI course.
It all started when me and my mom were arguing over where to go for our summer vacation: I wanted to go to Spain and she wanted to go to Japan. So we made it a competition: whoever made the better itinerary would get their trip chosen. I was using an AI chatbot to help build the trip, which was perfectly fine! But the tedious part was having to make sure every single detail was in the itinerary, putting all the information into a presentation and writing a script. So I built an app that does all of it in one!
I also made an unofficial brand called Webly, so I have an excuse to keep on making websites and apps and to pursue my dream of starting the next big tech company like Google or Apple. — Zamaar, founder

Draft, last updated 18/10/2026. Triply NEXT is a beta made by Webly.
The short version
Triply never sees or stores your password. When you sign in, Google or Microsoft check your password, not Triply.
From your Google or Microsoft account, Triply keeps only your name and email address. Google or Microsoft also send a link to your profile picture, which Triply doesn't keep. Triply can't see your emails, contacts, photos or files.
Your saved trips are private. Only you can open them.
Delete your account and every record linked to you, including your saved trips, is wiped from Triply's database. What Google Gemini and Tavily keep is covered by their own policies, and Triply can't access it.
Triply never sells your information and never shows adverts.
What Triply keeps
If you sign in, Triply keeps your name, your email address, whether you used Google or Microsoft, and when you joined and last signed in. Triply never sees or stores your password: Google or Microsoft checks it, not us. The rest of this page explains the few other things Triply records to keep working and safe.
Triply sets one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. It isn't used for adverts or tracking.
Your trips
While you plan, your trip and your messages are sent to the AI services that write Triply's answers (Google Gemini) and search the web (Tavily), so they can answer. They are not used by Triply for anything else.
If you're signed in, Triply saves your trips with your account in My projects, so you can come back to them. Only you can open them. In admin mode Triply's team can see how many trips are saved, never what's in them. Delete a trip in My projects and it's gone for good. You can keep up to 50 trips.
Keeping Triply working and fair
Each time Triply's AI or web search is used, the server notes when it happened, how long it took, whether it worked and how much it used. It never notes what you asked or what Triply answered. If you're signed in, the note is linked to your account. If you're not, it uses a scrambled code that changes every day and can't be turned back into your internet address. These notes are used to keep Triply within its daily limits and to fix problems, and they're deleted after 30 days.
Bug reports
If you send a bug report from inside Triply, it includes your message, which screen you were on, your browser, and the error messages Triply showed you. If you're signed in it includes your name and email, so we can reply. Your trip is only included if you tick Include my trip. Reports are kept for 90 days.
Keeping Triply safe
Triply looks for activity that a person wouldn't normally do, such as hundreds of requests in a few minutes. It also checks what you type to Triply, your bug reports and your account name for misuse, such as abuse, threats, adult content, unsafe or illegal requests, or spam. It records only what kind of problem it found, never your message, and these records are deleted after 30 days. If an account looks like it's misusing Triply, it may be flagged for us to check, and it can be suspended or banned. You'll be told why when you next try to sign in.
Flight and hotel prices
When you look for flights or hotels and your trip has dates, Triply asks Google Flights or Google Hotels for prices for those dates, through a service called SerpApi. Only the airports or city, the dates, the number of guests and your currency are sent. Your name, email address and the rest of your trip are never sent. What SerpApi keeps is covered by SerpApi's own terms, on serpapi.com.
Google Gemini and Tavily
To answer you, what you type and your trip are sent to Google Gemini, which writes Triply's answers, and to Tavily, which searches the web. Once it's sent, what happens to it is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one. Triply can't see, access or delete what they keep, so deleting your Triply account doesn't delete it from them.
Triply uses Gemini's free plan. On that plan, Google says it may use what's sent to improve its products, and that people at Google may read it (Google first removes the link to Triply's account). So please don't put private things in your trip, like passport numbers, health details or bank details. Read more in Google's Gemini terms, Google's privacy policy and Tavily's privacy policy.
What Triply doesn't do
Triply never sells your information, never shows you adverts, never books anything and never takes payment.
Deleting your account
Use Delete my account in Settings (the cog). Every record linked to you is wiped from Triply's database straight away: your account, your saved trips, your sign-ins, your bug reports, and the activity and safety records linked to you. If you can't sign in any more, email and we'll delete it for you. This doesn't reach what Google Gemini and Tavily keep (see below).
